Changing Appointment Status

  1. Click on “Administration”
  2. Click on “Schedule Management
  3. In the subsection click on “Appointment Status Settings
  4. Choose one of the “Customized” descriptions to be converted to “rebooked” and click edit (note your screen may look different here). Editing a status code that is in current use could result in loss of historical data. Enable the code if it has been deactivated.
  5. Set the Description and Colour of the Status and click submit
