New Schedule Availabilities for Templates

Question: I need to revise the availabilities of the clinicians. How do I add a different block of time which is not an option at the moment, ex. 10-12am, 9:30-12?

Answer: You would need to create a new block of time with the template tool at:

1. Go to Administration/Schedule Management/Schedule Setting/

2. Select Public from the drop down menu next to "Template Setting For" and then click on "Template Setting".

3. Click on Edit

4. Select a time period from the drop down menu located next to Go, and then click "Go"

5. Enter a template name (do not delete the "P:")

6. Enter the time range in the summary, ie: 9:30-12

7. Enter the number 1 in each of the white boxes next to the times in the range you want to enable

8. Click save

9. Now the new block of time should be available when you edit a providers schedule template.
