Provider Name does not Appear in Oscar Messager List

It is likely that the provider is not cleared to receive Oscar Messenger messages. You can clear them by:

1.) From Oscar’s main screen, click on Administration
2.) Click the System Management heading to expand the menu.
3.) Click Messenger Group Admin (about 2/3 down the menu)
4.) Check the boxes next to each provider to enable messenger.
5.) Click Update group members at the top of the provider list.
6.) Close the Administration Panel.
