Changing Appointment Status
- Click on “Administration”
- Click on “Schedule Management
- In the subsection click on “Appointment Status Settings
- Choose one of the “Customized” descriptions to be converted to “rebooked” and click edit (note your screen may look different here). Editing a status code that is in current use could result in loss of historical data. Enable the code if it has been deactivated.
- Set the Description and Colour of the Status and click submit
