Doctor Letter not saving or opening

I tried to save eform doctor letter but after trying to open, nothing is there. This demographic id has an example of saved eforms that open to nothing. E documenting works though.

Please remove the quotations around the word "word" in the comments under the Medical History column of the patient chart.

Quotations cause the eform doctor letter to crash. It will clear up once you make this correction.

This is a known problem that has not yet been fixed.
