Firefox Blocking Popups. Allow Popup Dialoge Unavailable

Question:

When I go in to add a Health Care Provider, I get the message that firefox has prevented a pop up window from opening. It doesn't give me the option to allow - that option is greyed out and even if I go in and manually add to allow from website it still doesn't take. Other computers in the office are ok.

Have you tried to enable Firefox to allow pop-ups?

The setting may be found at:

Firefox Preferences / Content / Block pop ups.

Just uncheck or set anything that says pop-ups are being blocked.
